Printing Tips:

Before printing our homeschool resources, check out theses steps:

• Clean printer nozzles and do a test print before printing products

• Save the files to your computer and open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Printing from within this program will eliminate most printing troubleshoot issues. Make sure your device AND the Adobe Acrobat Reader are up-to-date. If you don’t have this on your device, you can download it for free —HERE—

• I recommend printing on 67lb or heavier weight cardstock printing paper

Printing Tips: FAQ

What type of paper should I use?

We recommend using 67lb or heavier cardstock to print all posters, art work, and other pages for stability & quality. You can see the types we use HERE

Printing Tips: FAQ

What type of printer do you use?

We use an Epson EcoTank ET-3760. Though we recommend any Epson printer as they have had the best results for us personally. Research the functions that are important to your printing needs: Printing front & back, easy ink refilling, scanners, etc. You can see the one we use HERE

Still having issues?

Some users may still have trouble despite following the instructions above. If that is the case, the other option is to choose "print as image". Open the resource in Adobe and then:

+ Choose File –> Print

+ Click on Advanced

+ Check the “Print as Image” box

+ Click Print

If you are a Mac user, you may need to bypass Preview as your default PDF opener.

How to do this:

Ctrl + Click on the file name

In the drop down menu choose:

Open With –> Adobe Acrobat Reader.
